Shipping & Delivery
We strive to have all products delivered to you at minimum cost using Australia PostFastway Couriers or Toll IPEC Couriers. We select the service provider based on your specific needs including factors such as delivery time, your location and the size of the package. We endeavour to have your purchase delivered to you in the most reliable, safe and economical way.
 
Returns & Replacements
 At Angads, all goods are packaged and handled with the utmost attention and care. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Claims made after 7 days will not be accepted. We cannot take responsibility for any goods that are damaged or lost in transit. In the unfortunate circumstance that goods are lost or damaged we will offer you a credit for the items which can be used for future purchases. Regretfully we are unable to offer a refund in ‘Change of Mind’ circumstances.
 
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our distinctive products are reasonably priced with consideration to our target customer's needs. At Angads we strive to price products fairly to offer customer's the peace of mind that they are purchasing goods at a generally acceptable market price. We reserve the right to change the price without prior notice. All prices displayed are EX GST. 

Caring for our Products
All our bedlinen has a care label with instructions specific to the particular item to help you and your customers look after products in the best possible way. Most of our throws and quilts are machine washable on a gentle cycle. All our fine ceramics are microwave and dishwasher safe. Of course, if there's any further information you require, feel free to give us a call and we can send out a product care sheet.
